Step into the light
A suburban community with a growing appetite for modern wellness now has whole-body photobiomodulation within reach. FDA-cleared NovoTHOR® red light therapy — a short drive away at our Howell studio.
The experience, end to end
Considered, professional, and refreshingly simple.
Clinically studied light
660nm red and 850nm near-infrared wavelengths, delivered by an FDA-cleared device built for whole-body treatment.
A few unhurried minutes
Sessions are short, warm, and completely non-invasive — no needles, no UV exposure, no downtime afterward.
Guided by trained staff
Every session is run by people who know the technology and will walk you through what to expect.
Energy, at the cellular level
Red light therapy — photobiomodulation — works because your mitochondria absorb specific wavelengths of light. Inside the NovoTHOR® pod, 660nm red and 850nm near-infrared light reach skin, muscle, and joint tissue at once, supporting ATP production, helping to calm inflammation, and encouraging the body’s own repair processes.
Evidence-based wellness support — not a cure, not a guarantee. Results build with consistent sessions.
What to expect when you arrive
There is no elaborate intake process and nothing to schedule your day around. Arrive a few minutes early on your first visit and our team will walk you through the technology, talk through what you are hoping to address, and answer whatever questions you have brought with you. Wear or bring comfortable clothing — the more skin the light can reach, the more it has to work with.
Then you lie down. The pod delivers a whole-body treatment in a few unhurried minutes, and afterward there is no downtime at all. Most people describe the experience as comfortably warm and genuinely relaxing, and head straight back into the rest of the day — a stop at Airport Plaza, a workout, or home.
Arrive early the first time. Comfortable clothing, no other preparation required.
A few minutes of whole-body red and near-infrared light. Warm, quiet, non-invasive.
No recovery time. Straight back to work, the gym, or home.
Worth being clear about: benefits accumulate with consistency rather than arriving all at once, so this works best as a routine. If you are pregnant, taking photosensitizing medication, or being treated for an active medical condition, speak with your physician and give us a call before your first booking.
Close-knit, and quietly health-minded
North Centerville reflects the broader Monmouth County focus on health and wellness. Residents have easy access to gyms, yoga studios, and health food stores in nearby Hazlet and Keyport, and the area is served by Hackensack Meridian Health Bayshore Medical Center. Group fitness classes, outdoor recreation, and holistic therapies are all popular here, and community events regularly promote active living and preventive health.
What defines the area is a set of everyday advantages: suburban neighborhoods with a strong sense of community, proximity to major shopping and dining centers, active volunteer organizations like the North Centerville Fire Company, easy access to parks and recreational facilities, and a convenient location near both the Jersey Shore and major highways. It is a place built around getting places easily — which is exactly why a short drive for a whole-body therapy session rarely feels like an imposition.
Airport Plaza Shopping Center
