What a visit actually looks like
It is refreshingly simple. There is nothing to prepare beforehand — no fasting, no paperwork marathon. We just ask that you wear minimal clothing so the light can reach as much skin as possible. You lie back inside the NovoTHOR® bed, and both wavelengths reach your whole body at once instead of one sore shoulder at a time.
Afterward, there is no downtime at all. Plenty of folks stop in and then head right back to the bay, the marina, or an ice cream stand on the way home. Sessions are available one at a time, with no membership, so you can simply try it and see.

We will never oversell this. Red light therapy is evidence-based support for recovery and wellness — not a cure, and not a guarantee. Results build gradually over repeated sessions and vary from person to person. Side effects are minimal, though some people notice temporary warmth or mild fatigue.
