We keep everything simple and welcoming. When you arrive there is free parking right outside, and a friendly hello waiting. We take a few minutes to hear what you would like to feel better about, then you change into minimal clothing so the light can reach your skin. From there it is pure rest: you lie back in the NovoTHOR® bed while it warms your whole body with red and near-infrared light for a few quiet minutes. When it is over you dress and go, with no downtime and nothing to fuss over.
Cherry Quay sits within Brick’s wider wellness scene, where gyms, yoga studios and health-food options make looking after yourself easy. Whole-body red light therapy rounds that out as a gentle, non-invasive way to recover — and like most good habits, it rewards showing up regularly. It is a supportive tool rather than a cure, so we are always happy to talk through your goals first.
