We would rather over-explain than have you walk in unsure. Here is the whole thing, honestly.
You will be welcomed, not processed
We show you the bed, explain what it does, and answer whatever you want to ask. There is no pressure to buy a package before you have tried a session.
The session itself is quiet
You change in private, lie back, and the light surrounds you. Nothing stings or burns, there is no UV, and there is no loud equipment to put up with.
Then you get on with your day
No downtime at all. Plenty of neighbors stop in before the marina, the ballfield, or the school run and carry straight on afterward.
Worth mentioning before you book
Red light therapy is well tolerated, but it is not right for everyone in every circumstance. Have a word with your doctor first if you are pregnant, take photosensitizing medication, or are being treated for a serious condition.
