Red light therapy for Middlesex County, NJ
Only the southern end of Middlesex County is a realistic trip to Howell, so only the southern end is listed here. Monroe Township, Old Bridge and East Brunswick are all a straight run down Route 9; the towns further north are not, and we would rather say so than publish pages pretending otherwise.
The studio is in Howell, on Route 9. From Monroe Township that is 27 minutes off-peak; from East Brunswick, the furthest Middlesex County town we write about, it is 32.

Common questions
- Is Middlesex County too far?
- The southern end is not. Monroe Township, Old Bridge and East Brunswick are all a straight run down Route 9, between 27 and 32 minutes off-peak. North of East Brunswick the drive stops being sensible for a short session.
- Which Middlesex towns do you serve?
- Three: Monroe Township, Old Bridge and East Brunswick. We deliberately do not claim Edison, Woodbridge, Perth Amboy or Sayreville, which are all 40 minutes or more from Howell.
- How bad is Route 9 northbound?
- Between Old Bridge and East Brunswick it is the slowest stretch of the whole trip, and weekday afternoons can add fifteen minutes. Coming down to Howell mid-morning is a different road entirely.
- Do people come from the Monroe adult communities?
- Yes, mostly from the Concordia and Rossmoor side. It is a 27 minute drive down Applegarth Road and Route 33, and the parking is directly outside the door.
