- You return to your day immediately. There is no recovery period and no restriction on activity.
- Cadence
- Most goals people pursue with red light therapy respond to consistency rather than intensity. We will discuss a realistic schedule based on what you are working toward.
- What we do not claim
- That it cures anything, that results are guaranteed, or that it substitutes for treatment prescribed by your physician. If a provider tells you otherwise, be skeptical.
